To create an image for the "Romance in Penghu Bay", with beaches, shells, love, waves and music as elements, the Shell Church with the shape of a heart-shaped shell is built on Lintou Beach. 
The church's exterior resembles a love horn and the natural texture of the shell symbolizes the melody of music, much like wedding music playing in a church. The heart-shaped open design on the roof, combined with the arrangement of lucky four-leaf clovers, creates a stunning play of sunlight that shifts throughout the day, filling the atmosphere with happiness.
Lovers can stroll on the beach during the sunset and leave behind eternal memories in this romantic place. 
At the same site, several small shell-shaped seating art installations have been added, inspired by Penghu's unique marine resources and ecological elements, including boat octopus shells, clam shells, and heart shells. This deepens the experience of Penghu's ocean culture, making the site even more romantic and captivating.
