Xiaochi Reservoir

The Xiaochi Reservoir was constructed in the coastal bay between the villages of Dachi and Xiaochi, utilizing the natural lowland between the surrounding hills. Construction began in February 1989 and was completed and opened in June 1990. The area is frequently visited by egrets, making it a great spot for birdwatching. Behind the reservoir lies Wang’an Beach, also known for its picturesque and dreamy coastline.
