Located in Jiangmei Village, Baisha Township, Penghu, a mysterious sea outpost stands beside Pingshanyu(坪之嶼). A simple square building rises in the center of the sea, and during low tide, a 300-meter-long concrete path connects it to Jiangmei Fish Harbor. As the tide rises, the path is submerged, disappearing beneath the waves, making the outpost appear as an isolated island.
The appearance of the outpost varies with the tide. Visitors should exercise caution during high tide to prevent becoming stranded.
