Chihkan Cactus Park

Attractions
Located next to Chikan Wharf, the Chihkan Cactus Park is clearly marked by a three-story-high rock wall behind the Beihai Tourist Service Center parking lot. The location's height prevents the general public from collecting cactus fruits, which has allowed the park to preserve a complete and spectacular cactus landscape. In addition, visitors can see unique rock weathering formations. The park features a pavilion and wooden boardwalk, making it easy to climb up and view the cactus garden from above. The pavilion also offers a relaxing spot to enjoy the sea view to the north.
When passing by the north circuit or waiting for a ferry at the Beihai Tourist Service Center, visitors can stop by to admire the cactus garden and relax at the pavilion with a sea view. In front of the Chihkan Cactus Park is Chihkan Beach, a coral and shell beach that is kept clean due to the limited number of visitors. It is also one of the filming locations for Richie Jen's new film.
