Qitou Coastal Park is located on Baisha Island, situated in Baisha Township, Penghu. To reach the park, enter through the large banyan tree at Gangzi Village and after passing the aquarium, you will arrive at the park. The park is designed to take advantage of tidal changes, creating a space with rich marine ecology. It features a tidal zone walking area, a circular wading pool, and children's playground facilities, making it a multifunctional recreational area. The intertidal ecological walk, a relatively new tourist activity, allows visitors to experience hands-on marine recreation by collecting marine life, offering a unique way to engage with the sea. It is a place with valuable educational significance. 
Qitou Coastal Park, in conjunction with the Penghu Aquarium, forms a combined ecological activity area. In front of the aquarium is an intertidal zone which is rich in marine creatures, making it the best place to explore the local ecology.
Qitou Village faces Yuanbeiyu Island across the sea, while to the east, behind the community, is Qishan with a wide-open view. It is home to one of the eight great sights of Baisha, the "Qishan Sunrise(岐山日出)." Nearby, at Qitou Wharf, you'll find a fishing harbor, which serves as the transportation and recreational boat dock for Niaoyu and Yuanbeiyu. This area has now become an important transportation hub for the Northeast Sea Tour.
