🎁 Lucky Draw Details

1. Draw Execution: After the event ends, the execution team will randomly select 300 winners using an online system in a fair and transparent process, with the entire draw recorded for verification.

2. Winner Announcement: Results will be posted on the Penghu GO website within 2 weeks and winners will be notified by email, SMS, or phone call.

3. Delivery: Once winners are confirmed, the logistics team will contact them to verify delivery details and send the prizes within the designated time frame.

4. The organizer is not responsible for issues due to technical problems such as computer/network failure or force majeure.

📢 Prize Claim Instructions

1. Winners must provide their name, phone number, email, domestic mailing address (Taiwan only), and ID number within 7 days of the notification. Late submissions will be considered forfeiture.

2. Prizes will only be shipped within Taiwan.

3. The actual item is final. No exchanges, transfers, or cash redemptions. In case of shortage or unforeseen circumstances, equivalent products may be substituted.

4. If a winner uses false identity or violates any rules, their eligibility will be revoked.
