Other surrounding offshore islands are categorized into: Beihai (North Sea): Jibei Islet and others; Donghai (East Sea): Niaoyu (Bird Island), Yuanbei, and others); Nanhai (South Sea): Tongpan, Hujing, Wang'an, Jiangjun'ao Islet, Huayu, Dongyuping/Siyuping, Dongji/Xiji, and Qimei.) You can use the "Reserve Tickets" feature to reserve ferry tickets, attractions, taxis, and the Penghu Fun Easy Travel Pass.

Log in to your Penghu GO account and go to Member Center → Reservation Inquiry or use the "Reservation Inquiry" feature. 
Reservation statuses include: Pending Review, Confirmed or Canceled. 
If your reservation is incorrect, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable due to operator suspension, the status will show "Canceled" and you will receive an email notification.

(2) If you need to modify your reservation or contact the service provider, log in to Member Center → Reservation Inquiry to find the provider's contact information and reach out directly.

To cancel a reservation, go to Member Center → Reservation Inquiry, select "Cancel Reservation" and submit your request.

(1) If your taxi cannot provide service, check Member Center → Reservation Inquiry for the driver's phone number or taxi company contact details.
(2) If your reservation was successful but you didn't receive an email confirmation, contact Customer Service Email (service@penghu-go.tw) or LINE Official Account (@090pqukr).
(3) If you experience violations or improper behavior by a taxi driver, report it to the Penghu Motor Vehicle Station, Kaohsiung Motor Vehicles Office, Highway Bureau, MOTC (Complaint Hotline: 06-9216292).

(1) If an attraction cannot provide service, check Member Center → Reservation Inquiry for your booking reference number and find the attraction's contact details under "Attraction Reservations."
