Featuring traditional Tusklfish (octopus) stew and sugar-fried stinky meat fish, paired with organic vegetables from their farm and Penghu-flavored drinks like cactus juice, handmade tofu pudding, local side dishes and soups for all visitors.  

Flower and Bean Together (花豆在一起) – Fried Peanuts and Stone-Milled Soy Milk 
 Penghu's unique "sea sand fried peanuts" and you can take home a 300g pack of peanuts you fried yourself! 
 The traditional stone mill, with its even and slow operation, produces a uniform and fine soy milk with a rich soy aroma. After the milling effort, you can taste the delicious tofu pudding and freshly milled soy milk on site.
