Aims to foster a friendly, safe, and sustainable cycling culture and environment by developing in-depth travel routes and events that reflect LOHAS, leisure, challenge, uniqueness, and local character.Two Penghu Gaillardia Island cycling routes are planned: a Leisure Experience Route (22km) and a Challenge Route (101km), connecting surrounding attractions.
Through a digital stamp collection system, the activity incorporates creativity and gamified cycling elements to boost interest and participation among the general public, especially non-professional riders.
