The Cultural Affairs Bureau’s long-term initiatives—such as Community Empowerment, the Penghu Temple Ritual Talent Cultivation Program, the Outstanding Performing Arts Groups of Penghu, and the Local and Museum Cultural Management Program—are collectively showcased in an exhibition themed “Xiaochi Earth – Life in the Wind” in Xiaochi Community, Baisha Township.
This curatorial project invites visitors to explore the settlement through a leisurely walk, allowing them to experience the laid-back lifestyle of Penghu carried on the autumn breeze.
