  2. Online taxi booking and inquiries related to attractions through "Penghu GO."
  3. Receiving and responding to feedback for "Penghu GO" (customer service will follow up via email or phone depending on the case).
  4. Basic geographical and cultural knowledge of Penghu, as well as recent tourism-related events.
  5. Contact information for public agencies and transportation service operators related to Penghu tourism.
  6. Emergency notifications for transportation services (including maritime and aviation) in the event of natural disasters or emergencies.
  7. For phone reservations or on-site ticket purchases for public transport ferries under the Public Transport Management Office, Penghu County Government, please contact the Magong Ticket Office(馬公售票站): 06-9268897 (08:00-09:30), 06-9272376 (11:00-19:00).
  8. If you encounter poor taxi service or any violations, please report to the regulatory authority: Penghu Motor Vehicle Station, Kaohsiung Motor Vehicles Office, Highway Bureau, MOTC (complaint hotline: 06-9216292).
  9. For other county government or public service inquiries, please contact the 1999 Citizen Service Hotline (free for the first five minutes). For calls from outside the county, dial (06) 927-4400 (press 0 to connect to 1999) or 06-9248898.
