Penghu Fish is a local fish education team in Penghu.
The "鰆" fish (also known as the Kingfish or Kan's Horse Mackerel) is a signature species in Penghu, and is not only considered Penghu's platinum but is also a classic dish on the tables of local people.
For most people, seafood on the table is the closest they come to the sea. Through promoting fish-eating education, we aim to help more people understand the journey of fish from the ocean to the table. 
By learning about fish species, their ecology, habitats, fishing methods, the stories of fishermen and the culture of Penghu, we bring people closer to the sea! 
We also hope that everyone will choose ocean-friendly seafood to help ensure sustainable development of our oceans. Year after year, there is 'tshun' (Kingfish), and every year, there is King Mackerel.
